Sure thing.  Some of the information will be changed to protect the
innocent. :)  

I got a decent amount of experience w/ email but I have not seen or have had
issues we/ messages w/ the 'iso-8859-1' tags.  That seems unusual to me, but
I could be wrong.

The part that bothers me the most is this line near the end:

Content-Type: 'PDF'; name="=?iso-8859-1?Q?Email-93294-S0001-US-1352673-10=2Epdf?="

First I'm pretty sure just 'PDF' is wrong but the iso tags could be an issue
too.  So as I said in my first post, I'm looking for pointers how to teach
SM to interpret the 'PDF' as 'application/pdf' and do the right thing.
