Yah, 1.2.10 has security issues, etc., and isn't the most recent release
of the 1.2.x series (which is dead anyway).

Sheesh, it's the TOP plugin listed on the main squirrelmail page right
now.  Just take a look around before posting...

The only place you should see that in stock SM is when using
compose_in_new_window functionality IIRC.
