I have SM set up with the 'Secure Login' plugin and would like to exten=
d
the use of SSL for all of SM, so that any directory under
'http://mydomain.com/email' is forced to https.

Why don't you just configure the secure login plugin to not drop back to
plain http after login? I use that plugin, and I'm always in https after
login.

Because I did not know you could so this, this is pretty neat. By the way the documentation states that this was introduced in 0.4 and is controlled in setup.php. This does not appear to be the case anymore as I found the flag in ../secure-login/config.php

Then I found however that this option allows to switch back to http, and does not enforce https. So allow me to repeat my question how one would configure (wherever) so that certain directories are only accessible via https.

Please, anybody?

Cheers,
Caro
