Greetings: I recently downloaded version 1420 but am having trouble getting both the 'help' and 'options' to work.
1. When I click on the 'help' at the top of the main page I receive an error that says: ERROR: Help files are not in the right format! Can someone tell me why this might be? 2. When I click on the 'options' at the top of the main screen and click on either 'Personal Information or 'Display Preferences' or 'Folder Preferences' all that happens is the screen refreshes itself and returns to the 'options' page. Can someone tell me why this might be? I have triple checked my permissions so I don't know what else to do.
