Because it's not a stable release, although that's not abundantly clear on
the Squirrelmail homepage.  The announcement certainly makes it sound like
a stable release.  In any case, I've tested 1.5 and found it fairly
stable, course that's just my account, not my 1500 users...  And while I'm
mentioning the Squirrelmail Homepage anyone know why the .css works in IE
but not Mozilla/Netscape?  www.squirrelmail.org shows nice red fonts in IE
but everything comes up blue in Netscape/Mozilla.
