Make sure that the INBOX is subscribed.  You can do this from telnet
if you don't have the IMAP info folder installed, just do this:

telnet imapserver 143
A01 LOGIN username password
A02 SUBSCRIBE INBOX
A03 LOGOUT

Then look again.

Options, Personal Information, you can add as many aliases as you want
in there.
