[SM-USERS] Folders doesn't appear

When I log in, the left frame of the page, where the folders should be, 
doesn't show anything, so I can't browse my folders and I can't create new 
folders either. I get a message that says: 

ERROR : Could not complete request.
Query: CREATE "riclucx"
Reason Given: CREATE failed: invalid mailbox name 

I don't have the slightest idea of why this happens, but I'm pretty 
desperate because I need to get this mailserver working A.S.A.P. 

Please help me.
