OKay, i've read this a few times, and i don't get it.

Does it help you to know that "Subscribe" means the same thing as "view",
in squirrelmail?  There's no cost, monetarily, associated with this
particular definition of "subscribe".

Which i think, reading between the lines and being very liberal with the
cognitive leaps, is what you're worried about.
