I have a hosted web page and my provider uses Squirrelmail as the webmail interface. I have been unable to log into my account for over 2 weeks and my provider has been unable to fix the issue so I am asking for your help and guidance.
The error I get when I log in is (same error on the navigator pane or message pane):
ERROR : Bad or malformed request. Query: FETCH 1,2,3,4,5,6 (FLAGS BODY.PEEK[HEADER.FIELDS (RECEIVED)]) Server responded: Command unrecognized: UID FETCH
I have deleted and recreated the account and still suffer the same problem. Other users of my domain can log in no problem. The server seems to run RedHat. If I create a new user account, I can log in with no problem and use the account.
Any suggestions?
