I have SM up and running, thanks to some help from the fine folks on the irc channel. We did run into one problem though - I can't seem to get tls working. I have SM configured without it and connecting to port 143 at the moment. However, when I tell it to use tls for imap and to connect to port 993 (imaps), it just times out during login and I get this in my maillog:
Mar 20 00:00:40 peter imapd-ssl: couriertls: accept: error:140760FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_CLIENT_HELLO:unknown protocol
Any idea how to fix this? My mozilla imap client connects via tls to this port just fine.
I have SM connecting to port 25 without tls or auth at the moment, as I need to configure postfix to listen on an smtps port, and besides, if SM is having trouble doing tls via imap, it may well have a problem with smtps too, though that's yet to be seen ...
