What you can do is to open "locale/de_DE/LC_MESSAGES/squirrelmail.po" and edit the line: msgstr "INBOX" Don't forget to create a new "squirrelmail.mo" and you might even have to restart the webserver. Note that this will change the appearance for every user using the German translation.
