Yes, but you're not giving us any information, so I'm going to make
some assumptions. You're using UW-IMAP, it has been compiled so that
LOGIN is disabled. SquirrelMail needs LOGIN otherwise it cannot login,
it will NOT work with STARTTLS. You should be able to run over TLS if
you set it up correctly.
