To reiterate, thank you. That was exactly the problem. With only 10 users it wasn't a big deal to change all the mail boxes to the new format and help the ones that use MS OE reset the folders. Now I'll just find how to set the default home folder creation to include .mail/ and I'm done. Thanks for your time and support!
