I assume you followed ALL the instructions?
Yes, including patching. My guess is that in 1.4.3, and above, it puts the preview pane in the main window, and that the popup is a side-effect of my using it with 1.4.2 (even though it said it would work). I'll find out if that's true, once the SM port maintainer upgrades the port to the latest release. Yes, I could bypass the port and install from source from the SM site, but I'm trying to stick to an all-ports-only policy.
