In my postfix environment, it's stored at /var/lib/squirrelmail/prefs/ You'll find the exact location if you check the variable $data_dir in the file config.php in /etc/squirrelmail. (Alternatively you can find the file config.php in your squirrelmail installation path in the config directory.)
