The owner of the recieving server is not accepting mail forwarded as
attachments. Try to forward it as inline text instead, or try the
suggestion in the error message, i.e. a zip-file. Since this is a setting
at the recieving server, you having a virus scan plugin installed doesn't
matter at all.

This is NOT a SquirrelMail issue.
