1. if you use web form reporting and spamcop site complains about big
email, spamcop plugin has to be fixed.

2. spam filters require correct $SpamFilters_YourHop setting in
plugins/filters/setup.php

You should use squirrelmail plugins to filter spam, if you don't control
your email server. Filters work better during delivery stage.
