Seth,

First off, thanks very much for the new plugin! This was on my list,
but hadn't percolated to the top, so I'm glad someone got around to it
first.

A couple of people had asked for similar functionality but needed it to
do different things. I would propose that these things be added to the
plugin's TODO list:

    - make the text of the button configurable by the admin
    - make the action related to the button configurable
         - button triggers an email (forward)
             - allow email address to be entered on the fly by user
             - allow admin to set an email address that cannot be changed
         - button triggers piping to a command or the likes
(some antispam systems want work differently and expect
to recieve the message in different ways)

If you want me to work on some of those things, I'd be glad to, but will
not touch it unless you say otherwise.

Also, pleeeease make sure the plugin meets our standards before
releasing it. As a SM developer and veteran plugin developer, you need
to set an example. :-) The new website won't accept plugins even if
you already have an account without it first going to the plugin team
for review. And I'd like it if authors would voluntarily send their new
plugins for review even before the new website is up.

Here are some things that don't jive with the plugin standards that I'm
hoping you'll fix rather soon:

  - version file is from the wrong plugin
  - no README file
  - no INSTALL file
  - no index.php file
  - too much code in setup.php
  - plugin is not internationalized
  - it'd be nice to see this work together with the sent_confirmation plugin
  - it'd be nice to see this work together with the preview_pane plugin

  Thanks,

      Paul
