Are you changing the password via LDAP or poppass?  Your original message
mentioned LDAP but this one sounds like it's reffering to poppass.  If
your using LDAP to change passwords, use this plugin:

If your using poppass (port 106) use this plugin:

http://www.squirrelmail.org/plugin_view.php?id=21

Depending on your LDAP directory, your users may not have rights to change
their own password via LDAP, seems stupid but that's the case with Novell
eDirectory LDAP (especially stupid since they CAN change their password
via regular NDS).  We have to bind to the LDAP server as an admin user who
has rights to change other user's passwords.
