  Check to ensure the box (webserver/smtp) has proper access to a DNS
  server, this might cause problems for your smtp server if it has a
  whole bunch of rules.  Also check your log files (web logs) to
  ensure that the post is going through, and also the smtp logs to see
  if there is anything in there too.
