Squirrelmail 1.4.0-1 courierimap postfix 2.0.13
This was working for me at some stage, but has recently stopped. The error (on sending a mail, reading mail is fine!) is:-
Connection refused: server replied 111
I'm trying to track down where this error is coming from !! I don't see the error in the postfix logs, nor in the apache logs ... I've tried increasing logging levels on apache to debug, but cant see anything.
Has anyone seen this error before? Any hints/tips would be appreciated.
