I install that plug-in with SquirrelMail 1.4.2 on OpenBSD-3.4 and when I
click on Bounce
I received this error message:

Warning: main(../../functions/identity.php): failed to open stream: No such
file or directory in /htdocs/squirrelmail-1.4.2/plugins/bounce/bounce.php on
line 7

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '../../functions/identity.php'
(include_path='.:/pear/lib:/var/www/pear/lib') in
/htdocs/squirrelmail-1.4.2/plugins/bounce/bounce.php on line 7

Do you know what's wrong?

Cheers,
Zoong
