Hello. I have installed squirrelmail-1.4.2 with php 4.3.6 and apache-2 and Courier-imap-3.0.3.
After untar squirrelmail i try to make login and i get error: "Preferences file not found". What happen ?
You untarred SM and tried to login? Didn't you configure *ANYTHING*???
No prefs file means you need to configure the data directory conf.pl -> 4 (general options) -> 2 (data directory)
Please configure the rest of the tool before posting questions.
Have you read the web site yet? The mailing list archives? There are lots of tips in those places.
