This doesn't make any sense.  Squirrelmail is a email client just like
Outlook Express is.  Squirrelmail simply runs on a web server and displays
on a user's browser.  You need to find out your ISP's SMTP and IMAP
information.

Again, this has nothing to do with Squirrelmail.  Contact your ISP and
find out the proper SMTP settings.  You may need to use SMTP
authentication or POP before SMTP.
