I get this ERROR when i try sending email:

Sounds like your SM is configured to send the current username/pwd to the SMTP server as outgoing authentication. Your SMTP server is telling you that that particular account is not one that it knows about. This is a problem with your SMTP server, not SM. Check that that account exists in the SMTP server's world.
