But I'm using SquirrelMail stable 1.4.2.

That IP was my local connection IP, the IP I was dynamically assigned when
I connected to my ISP yesterday. So, my PC was using that IP, but the SMTP
server at my web host had a different IP. Perhaps some other customer of
my ISP had used that IP for spamming, so perhaps it's now on a blacklist.
