Hrm, you lack a lot of information in your email... and I'm only
guessing that FC2 is supposed to be fedora, but not all will know that
(hell I might be wrong). This sounds like a bit of a mix in what is
being loaded from the machine, as in domain.com/webmail is pointing to
one directory (virtual host for domain.com) and www.domain.com/webmail
is pointing to another (virtual host for www.domain.com)... but you've
not been clear on your setup, so I couldn't say with any certainty.
