Please consider starting a new thread with your inquiry. Replying to a digest is very misleading, and the extra message text is completely useless. Also, a useful subject would help people know what you are asking about. Finally, you include no information about your system. See:

And... please note that SM is an IMAP client, and we are not technically here to help you install and "turn on" your IMAP server. You might want to ask the appropriate people about your system and what IMAP server it has, if any, and how to administer it.
