[SM-USERS] Your SPAM filters

Hello:

Though I'm mostly happy with Squirrelmail, I am dismayed by how much legitimate mail is labeled "SPAM" by your filters.  I would like to be able to remove that "SPAM" label to lessen the likelihood of my deleting mail I actually want.  Is there any way I can do that?

By the way, maybe people use your feedback forum to ask questions or post complaints because you don't provide a straightforward way to contact you.  A "contact us" button might save you a lot of grief.
