Can someone test to see if the abook import/export plugin is working properly with 1.4.3a?

When I personally try to do that(in any browser), the download dialog prompts me to download address_book_export.php instead of the csv file. If I save it and view it in an editor, it contains my abook entries, but has the following errors listed above the entries. Worked fine with prefinal 1.4.3 cvs versions.
