[SM-USERS] How do I setup change_ldappass plugin with Exchange5.5?

I am currently using SquirrelMail1.4.2 with Exchange5.5, and have been 
trying to set up the change_ldappass plugin (v1.7) with no luck.  I am 
not very familiar with LDAP and would like to know how I can get this to 
work.

At this time I do not know the correct values for the following variables:
$ldap_password_field
$ldap_user_field
Can anyone tell me what I need to enter, or how I can extract this 
information from the LDAP server running on Exchange?
