Our installation of SquirrelMail (pre-installed by Apple) works fine in every way, except that I can't seem to get the Vacation plugin to function. When attempting to access the Vacation plugin from the Options screen after performing a default installation of it, it doesn't show up in the list, but instead gives this error on the browser page:
Warning: Failed opening '../../plugins/vacation/config.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php') in /usr/share/squirrelmail/plugins/vacation/setup.php on line 27
When I hard code the directory path in "setup.php" to avoid the above error, the Vacation plugin shows up in the Options list for users, but when they click on it, they get this message:
Fatal error: Failed opening required '../functions/i18n.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php') in /usr/share/squirrelmail/src/validate.php on line 14
When adding other plugins, such as the calendar, mail filtering, and spam blacklists, via "sudo ./conf.pl", they all work fine, so I'm a little stumped as to what I need to do to get the Vacation v.1.41 plugin to load and function as advertised. I've searched the archives, but haven't found anything addressing this issue. Can anyone shed some light on this situation? TIA for your guidance! I'm in digest mode, so direct replies would be much appreciated by this confused tech.
