Not a SquirrelMail issue. This is your mail server reporting an issue sending, probably because the sending host (the one SM is running on) isn't allowed to be relayed through the SMTP server you have set. This could be caused by a temporary DNS issue, for example your SMTP server might be trying to do relay blocking if your host is not resolved.
