Might be configuration problem with Mercury/IMAP settings in SM? I have seen people using Mercury w/out problems... have you searched the mailing list archives?

Also, watch your IMAP logs and forward them with help requests.
Finally, look at SM 1.5.x and see that there are default IMAP settings available for Mercury. How do yours differ?

I�ll take a look at the log, and no, there is no answers about this problem, just the same problem reported.
Search more generally for Mercury/SM postings. There have been a lot of them, many with very helpful information.
About the 1.5.x, use that is a good idea?
Not necessarily in a production environment, but it's also not completely unstable. However, I was merely suggesting that you look at the default Mercury IMAP settings contained therein and compare to your own.
