Is there a way I can have a blocked list of addresses I don't want to received email from ? I know this is a very simplistic feature but for some reason I can't find it to enable it. I'd appreciate any help you can give me!

That's not a great solution, though.
It's better to install server-side filtering instead. SpamAssassin has white/blacklists, TMDA has them, you can make your own in serversidefilters plugin with procmail or maildrop, etc.
