I am using HTML Area 3.0 (rev beta) on SM 1.4.3.1. Browser = Mozilla firefox (0.8) Browser = IE 5.5
When typing in the composition area in Moizila type appears as single spaced. When I toggle HTML <> I cannot toggle back. Is this a compatibility problem with Mozilla Firefox or do I need a Mozilla / SM plugin?
Sounds like a browser problem, however, it's working fine for me in Firefox 0.8. Try asking the folks at interactivetools.com. Perhaps this is solved in the newer rc1 version of HTML Area (which will come with the new HTML_Mail release, but no ETA on that right now).
When typing in the composition area in IE type appears to default to double spacing. No problem toggling back and forth from HTML <>. Can this default spacing be changed?
No. It's just IE being quirky. The actual email content is not double spaced; it's just IE's presentation that looks like this.
