There is no MIME-Version header in this email.  SquirrelMail relies on
your IMAP server to tell us the format of the email, be it html, plain,
rtf, etc etc.  Basically put, your IMAP server is telling us it's a
plain text email, we're then rendering it as such.  I vaguely remember
there was an issue with an imap server that didn't like reporting the
correct type if the MIME-Version header was missing.  Marc might be able
to correct me on this, as he knows a lot more about the BODYSTRUCTURE
stuff in IMAP than I do.
