This is miss-information. SquirrelMail is a mail client, just as Outlook, pine, Thunderbird, and TheBat are (for example). This means you cannot connect Outlook to SquirrelMail. You can however connect Outlook to the same services SquirrelMail uses. The issue being, you need to know what they are.
