I deal with you thru a website hosted by Pl.net, my provider. I'm not a sophisticated computer, so the problem may be mine, not yours. I get a lot of spam, and to remove it, I seem to have to click on all the little boxes for delete, and then all over again to expunge. Why can't I just expunge in one go, the repetition is really tedious. Is this me, or you? Thanks, Ruth

You need to contact your provider (pl.net?) with this problem. We only make the software that they have installed and set up.
