I guess I have the same problem here too.
Running SQ 1.4.3a with php 4.3.4 and apache 1.3.31 (both stock debian).
Users complain that downloading and opening attachments does not work reliable. Opening those mails with other imap client always works.
With me also MsOffice files and zip are affected. Guess its file-type independent.
I don't think this problem is related to attachment size as small attachments are as likely to break as large ones.
this also appears with all plugins disabled.
I haven't been able to open those attachments with those browsers: ie6 ie5 netscape 7.1 win safari
any hints for further debugging?
