While I am glad that somebody is actively looking into possible issues
of fraud, I suggest looking a little further. While the above
mentioned website does in fact run an install of SquirrelMail, we have
no control over the software installed, the server itself, or any of
the networks involved. SquirrelMail is an open source webmail
application that anybody can download, and use for their own personal,
or business needs. I suggest finding the owner of the IP, and
reporting to their ISP. You can usually work out the owner of the
network block by using ARIN at http://www.arin.net/whois/. This will
at least give you a point of contact, and you can start from there.
