Hi, I'm using RH ES30, with squirrelmail-1.4.3a (tar.gz) and multilogin-2.3.1-1.2.
The problem is that the servers configured in multilogin/config.php are not used by squirrelmail which uses always /squirrelmail/conf/config.php. Evidences: Installed the multilogin plugin and configured it with a server (the same of that I put in /squirrelmail/conf/config.php - section: Update IMAP Settings) trying to login with a user I can see the typical left and right frame, but I do not log in and appears the message for wrong username/password because squirrel is checking in the wrong server!
It should always work as long as you followed ALL of the instructions in the INTALL file. Did you run the patch? Did it give errors? Is PHP error reporting turned up (or are you using Debugger plugin?)? Any other server info per http://squirrelmail.org/wiki/wiki.php?MailingListPostingGuidelines are always helpful.
