If you have a NIC you want Apache to run on, you'll have to configure
the listen directive in httpd.conf to run on all interfaces. Uset
'netstat -tpan' to see what sockets httpd is listening on.

It might, that depends on how you (not RedHat) configured iptables
during the install. Configure iptables to allow external access to ports
80 and 443.
