I have EXIM + Courier IMAP + MySQL + SM.

To access Exim I use Auth Login with base64 encrypted passwords stored in MySQL. Squirrelmail read shadow file, how could I do to make squirrelmail login reading MySQL?

SM talks to IMAP. It does *not* access user information no matter where you have it stored. If you are referring to the HTTP Auth Login plugin, that is a unique and non-conventional way of accessing user login info. You *could* adapt that plugin to query a MySQL database, but that is rediculous when all you need to do is point SM to your IMAP server and it will "just work".
