First, are you sure that you have correctly setup the mysql database by importing the bayessspam.sql into your database, and then setting up the config.php inorder to correctly assess that database. I would also recommend that you turn on error reporting to see what exactly is happening. Without more information, its really hard to diagnose the problem.
