Along with Nick's solution of increasing your php execution time, please note that SM 1.5.0 is an outdated version of our development stream. There have been fixes for this exact problem in that stream, probably after the release of 1.5.0. If you have problems with 1.5.0, please install a development snapshot of 1.5.1 before looking for help.
