Can I enforce a particular signature for my domain (vpopmail + qmail) for all users? They can have their own signatures *too* but a common signature will be appended. How do I go about it?
It's not impossible to implement such a feature in SquirrelMail, but I think you're better off appending it on the server side since that will work for all clients. Check the documentation for your system.

Yes. Read the plugin documentation. It works with vlogin to accomodate different sigs for different domains.
