This is my first
time installing SquirrelMail and I am doing it on a Windows 2003 IIS 6.0
box. When I make the call to the root index.php, I get the login
screen as expected. I can log in using my mail server username and
password. When the mailbox loads however, the following error message is
displayed in the left frame:
ERROR : Could not
complete request.
Query: SUBSCRIBE "INBOX.Sent"
Reason Given: SUBSCRIBE No such mailbox
Query: SUBSCRIBE "INBOX.Sent"
Reason Given: SUBSCRIBE No such mailbox
The right frame
displays the contents of my mailbox as expected. Also, when I
attempt to compose a new message, the composition window appears, but when I
attempt to send the message, I get the following error in the right
frame:
ERROR : Bad or
malformed request.
Server responded: Received: BAD FROM Unknown Command
Server responded: Received: BAD FROM Unknown Command
Does anybody have
any suggestions as to where to look? I am by no means an expert on mail
servers or SquirrelMail, so I could very easily have overlooked something in the
setup.
