With this new installation, everything seems to work fine, with the exception of the "automatic inbox refresh" function.
The left side pane "folders" listing does refresh, as defined by the "OPTIONS", and "FOLDER PREFERENCES", yet the inbox in the main pane does not refresh automatically when new mail arrives.
I've set up dovecot as per the website: http://www.squirrelmail.org/wiki/en_US/SquirrelMailAndDovecotIMAP
Any ideas as to why this is?
