Have you checked http://www.spamhaus.org/xbl/index.lasso ?

cbl.abuseat.org and xbl.spamhaus.org share same information.

sbl.spamhaus.org and xbl.spamhaus.org queries can be combined into
sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org

Spamcop recommends using bl.spamcop.net only for tagging.
